Vineyards: Small terraces, 500-700m altitude, manual cultivation

VINTAGE CONDITIONS

The yield kept in low levels and in excellent hygiene condition. The yield was below 5000 kg per hectare.

WINEMAKING PROCESS

Harvest has been done manually on cool mornings of September. Grapes are destemed and the juice is transfered in vats with thw skins. After the end of fermentation wine ages for six months with its fine lees in the barrels and bottled.
