Begins in 2016, when Manolis Coutsodontis left his job
as a winemaker in the cooperation of Samos wine and alongside
his brother Costis, envisioned the potential to create something uniqueand pure.
Following their father's footsteps, a winemaker with
a 40 years of experience, the two brothers studied oenology, chemistry and engineering and started a small batch winery using traditional winemaking techniques and modern monitoring processes assuring the quality.
Their scope is to make the most of the island's long heritage in
viticulture, the unique morphology and the micro-climate coupled
with theirs family extensive experience in winemaking, to produce
quality, premium and exceptional wines expressing the terroir of Samos.
